Any requests made after 6:30pm are noted and confirmed next morning at 9:30am.
How much in advance do I need to make the booking?
We love clients who book atleast 1 day prior. However, for the unplanned, we also accept bookings 60 minutes in advance of your requirement.
Is there an additional charge for early morning appointments?
Yes, for all appointments between 7am-9:30am, we charge Rs. 250 extra.
What is required from my end for a service?
Our beauty stars are equipped with everything needed to pamper you. They shall only request for access to your washroom for water. We also bring our own water heaters, so hot water is not needed! We request you to be seated near an electrical outlet or plug point so our beauty stars can access the equipment. For those who tend to feel hot, please do switch on the air-conditioner especially for services such as waxing and blow-outs.
I don’t see a service on the menu. How can I request for it?
Our menu is ever-evolving. If you don’t see something you would like to have, please write to us at email@example.com and your request will be immediately be looked into. In the interim, you could call us on +91 8080223388 and our team will see if they can accommodate you.
Can I book a salon appointment with JCB Salons through you?
We are the at-home service partner to JCB. Hence we can only help you book an at-home service. For an in-salon treatment, you will need to get in touch with the salon directly.
Reschedule & Cancellation
How do I reschedule an appointment?
You can contact us on +91 8080223388 to reschedule upto 4 hours of your appointment. For rescheduling within 4 hours or your original appointment time, we will try our best but cannot assure availability of your new preferred time slot.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
All requests made upto 24 hours prior to your appointment time are cancelled with full amounts being refunded to you. For cancellations made within 24 hours, we shall charge 25% of your invoice amount and refund the balance. We take significant pains to plan your appointment to perfection and our technicians strive to be on time. Last minute cancellations can disrupt their schedule and cause inconvenience to others. We are sure you get that!
What products do you use for your services?
We pride ourselves on the quality of products we use. As part of JCB Salons, we work with a host of French brands and bring you the best of JCB products at home. We also work with various Indian beauty partners such as Loreal, Cheryl’s etc. Our beauty stars are equipped with all tools & material required to cater to your appointment. We are constantly innovating and you will see only the best brands make an appearance on our menu.
Can I provide you my own products?
We do not advocate that since our beauty stars are best trained on our own brands. However, if you would like to do that, we can accommodate that. The beauty star shall charge you the full price of the service and there shall be no discounts for using your own product.
Can you purchase a product based on my requirements?
Our brands go through immense vetting, product testing and training. Hence, we shall be unable to provide you a brand that is not on our menu.
Do you do large events?
Absolutely! We love large gatherings. From wedding parties to bachelorettes and corporate events - pampering is our forte and we excel at it. You can drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone shall get in touch with you to understand your requirements.
Are there services that can’t be done together?
Yes, unfortunately there are. For instance, a hair colouring service cannot be clubbed with a hair spa. Similarly, depending on the facial, our beauty stars may recommend not using a face bleach. However, do not worry. If there is any such clash, our very equipped team will certainly inform you of the same.
Do you cater to hair services too?
Yes, we cater to basic hair services such as hair spas, head massages, colouring to cover your greys and permanent hair smoothening. For more advanced treatments such as Keratine / Cysteine or highlights we recommend JCB Salons which is famous for its hair services and the best in the industry. From hair cuts to advanced colouring & highlights, their experts are best positioned to help out.
Would you service aged men at a special request?
Our beauty stars are currently trained to service women only. Given that, we apologise it will not be possible to do so. However, we shall be starting with services for men soon and be most happy to serve male clients once we have trained experts!
Can I tip the beauty star?
Absolutely. If you love them, why not show them through this small gesture. It encourages them and keeps them motivated. All tips earned by our beauty stars are their personal income and the Company does not get any share of that.
Who are these beauty stars that come to my house?
Our beauty stars are carefully hand-picked through individual interviews & assessments. Therefor, they are sent for an intensive training program at the JCB-THS Academy where they are trained by top-of-the-line French & Indian trainers till their skills are perfected. We hire only the seasoned and reject over 60% of the applications received to ensure only the best come to you. Each beauty star is background verified and their history is recorded with us to ensure safety and security.
Can I choose my beauty star?
To choose your beauty star, we recommend you book by calling our team on +91 8080223388 . The appointment depends entirely on the availability of the beauty star which might require you to juggle your schedule. To avoid that, we suggest you do not choose our beauty star. All of them are equally trained and we take pride in our standardisation of service quality and assure you won’t see any difference between the beauty stars.
How do I pay for my services?
We are starting our online payment facility soon. In the interim, you can choose to pay by Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery. We request you to keep change as our beauty star may not have change available at all points in time.
Is there any additional payment for travelling of the beauty star to my house?
No. We have no hidden charges or costs. The invoice amount is the final amount payable by you.
Your package options do not have what I want. Can I customise?
Unfortunately our packages are standard and customising is not possible. However, do speak to our team to see if they can create something for you using other discount offers that may be running at the time of your booking. Additionally, your suggestions may help us improve our offering and are most welcome!
Can I use part of the package and get a refund for the rest?
No. Our packages cannot be split either for services or for time. This means the entire package has to be taken at one time and for all services.
Will I get offer discounts on packages too?
No. Our packages are pre-discounted. Hence they cannot be clubbed with any other offers. You can choose between discount offers on individual services or packages depending on the final amount and your requirements.
